Baked sole
This is a short and simple way to cook fillets of the fish known as sole, although I guess it would probably hold for most types of fish.
You may find it a bit boring without a sauce - that's up to you, but it's actually pretty tasty without one.

Ingredients
- Fresh fillets of sole
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice

Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to about 200 degrees
- Put the foil onto the baking sheet, and put the fillets of sole on top.
- Sprinkle the salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice onto the sole.
- Put it into the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until the fish is white and flaky throughout.
That was easy, wasn't it! Serve with potato or chips and something green.
